About the website
Topper Liquor is operated by MK88 LIQUOR INC, California ABC license 618708, at 3061 W 8th St, Los Angeles, CA 90005. This website is intended for adults 21 and over.
Pickup orders and acceptance
Online orders are unpaid requests for store pickup. Adding to your bag does not reserve stock. Your order receipt acknowledges your request; wait for staff to confirm availability and that your order is ready before visiting. We may decline or cancel an order that cannot be lawfully or accurately fulfilled. We will contact you about a stock or pricing problem before collection. No substitution will be made without your agreement.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars. Applicable sales tax and California CRV are shown before an order is submitted. Store pickup is free. Pay the displayed order total in store when collecting; the website does not collect card details or charge you online. If an obvious listing or pricing error is found, we will explain it and obtain your agreement to any corrected order, or cancel the unpaid request.
Product details
Labels and packaging may vary by batch. Check the exact bottle with the store if age, vintage, proof or packaging is essential to your purchase. Allocated bottles marked with a purchase limit are limited to one per order.
Age and responsible service
You must be at least 21 and present valid government-issued photo ID at pickup. The website acknowledgment is not proof of age. Service will be refused when age cannot be verified or a customer is obviously intoxicated. Store pickup is the only fulfillment method; this checkout does not authorize delivery or shipping.
Cancellations and purchase problems
You may cancel an unpaid pickup order by contacting the store with your order number. There is no website cancellation fee for an unpaid order. The Returns & Refunds page explains how to get help after a purchase. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Permitted use
Use the website lawfully. Do not submit fraudulent information, interfere with its operation or attempt unauthorized access. Product and brand names belong to their respective owners; their appearance does not imply a partnership or endorsement.
