Who we are
This website is operated for MK88 LIQUOR INC, doing business as Topper Liquor, at topperliquor.com. Privacy questions can be sent to info@topperliquor.com.
Information you provide
If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, phone number and the contents of your inquiry. We use that information to respond, provide customer support and keep relevant business records. Please do not send identity-document images or full payment-card details by ordinary email.
Website information and storage
Hosting and security systems may process technical information, such as IP addresses, browser information, requested pages and access times, to deliver and protect the website. The store uses browser storage to remember an age-entry acknowledgment and WooCommerce may use essential cookies for shopping-cart or account features. You can manage browser storage in your browser settings; disabling essential storage can affect those features.
Embedded maps and other providers
The website includes a Google Maps embed. Loading it can send your IP address and browser information to Google and may involve Google’s cookies or similar technologies. Google’s processing is described in its Privacy Policy. Hosting and email service providers process information as needed to operate the site and handle communications. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or to protect legal rights and website security.
Pickup orders and age checks
For a pickup order, we collect your name, email address, phone number, selected products, quantities and order details. WordPress, WooCommerce, hosting and email services process this information to operate the store, send order updates and provide support. The order records your 21+ acknowledgment. Staff inspect your photo ID at collection; the website does not request ID uploads or process online card payments. No delivery provider receives an order through the current pickup-only checkout.
Retention, security and requests
Information is retained for the purposes for which it was collected, including applicable business, security and legal obligations. No online system can guarantee absolute security. You may contact us to ask about personal information we hold or to request access, correction or deletion where applicable. We may need to verify a request and retain information required for legal or security reasons.
Adults only
This website is intended for adults 21 and over. If you believe a minor has provided personal information through the site, contact us so we can review the matter.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when the services or information practices described here change. Review it before using newly available ordering or notification features.
